Do you not offer discounts or sales?
Occasionally we may make offers to loyal customers via marketing campaigns.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if the products are unused or faulty we accept returns 14 Days from purchase for a full refund. All shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer. We charge a 10% handling fee on all returns. Products that have been used and returned for refunds that are not faulty, refunds will not be given.
Why is the delivery set at 3-5 Days EU & 5-10 Days Rest of the World?
We wish to standardise our delivery policy to manage delivery expectations. Customers may receive products sooner.
